Istanbul Must-See Combo Tour :Blue Mosque ,Hagia Sophia & Cistern
Tour Itinerary
Blue Mosque
The Blue Mosque, also known as Sultan Ahmed Mosque, is one of Istanbul’s most iconic landmarks. Its blue İznik tiles give the mosque its famous name. The architecture blends Ottoman and Byzantine influences beautifully. With six minarets and a spacious courtyard, it is both a functioning mosque and a major tourist attraction.
Hagia Sophia
Hagia Sophia is a 6th-century Byzantine masterpiece built by Emperor Justinian. Over centuries, it has served as a cathedral, mosque, museum, and again a mosque. Its massive dome and intricate mosaics remain architectural marvels. It is the best place to experience the layered history of Istanbul.
Basilica Cistern
The Basilica Cistern is an underground water reservoir built during the Byzantine era. It contains 336 marble columns supporting its roof. The mysterious Medusa heads are among its most striking features. Its dim lighting and reflections create a mystical atmosphere.
