Opening Hours and Capacity
• Weekdays (Mon-Thu): 09:00 - 22:00
• Weekends (Fri-Sun): 09:00 - 23:00
• Our hammam has separate sections for women and men.
• We can host up to 11 female and 11 male guests at the same time.
• Female therapists serve female guests, and male therapists serve male guests. Couple services are not available.

Services and Reservation Conditions
• You can find our hammam packages attached.
• We work on a reservation basis. To create a booking, please provide us with the number of guests (separately for women and men), the requested services, and the preferred date and time.

Private Events and Hammam Closure
• Weekdays: €4,000 for 2 hours
• Weekends: €6,000 for 2 hours
• Extra hours:
• Weekdays: +1 hour → €1,000
• Weekends: +1 hour → €2,000
• For exclusive events, the fee is calculated as closure fee + per person service charge.

📌 Guest Information
• Guests do not need to bring anything. Disposable slippers, towels, peshtemal, shampoo, soap, conditioner, body lotion, hair dryer, etc. are provided.
• Guests with heart disease, diabetes, or asthma are advised not to use the hammam.
• The hammam should not be used immediately after alcohol consumption, when hungry, or when overly full.
• Pregnant women and children under 6 are not permitted to use the hammam.

• Availability: Daily (advance reservation required)
• Group Size: Up to 11 women and 11 men at the same time
• Important: Guests must clearly specify the number of women and men in the group, as well as the exact date and time they wish to visit the hammam.
• Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the reservation date.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.
• Prepaid reservations may be rescheduled to a later date, subject to availability, if notified at least 48 hours in advance.
• Reservations not cancelled within 48 hours will be considered as “No Show” and will be charged in full.
